MULTAN, 21st Feb 2023: National team cricketer Shoaib Malik has said that I am not thinking about retirement yet, I have to complete 15 thousand runs in T20.
In a recent interview, the cricketer said that as long as I am fit, I will continue to play T20 cricket and when I feel the burden, I will announce my retirement.
“I’m proud of my wife, she’s playing her last tournament in Dubai,” he said.
Shoaib Malik said that my opinion is that talented young players like Ehsanullah and Abbas Afridi should not be brought into the team immediately.
He said that these players should first be fit at the international level so that as Ehsanullah bowls at a rate of 145, he should bowl at the same rate even after four overs.
Shoaib Malik said when it comes to my batting or bowling I try to do my best, Lahore is a strong side, they have gained confidence by beating them, their bowling attack is very strong.
He said that Multan Sultan is playing very well at their home ground, we will try to attack Multan’s weak points.
Shoaib Malik added that Iftikhar Ahmed is playing very well, I have seen him play in Bangladesh Premium League.
